What we help with
We are not a translation agency and not a tour operator. We are the neighbour who has already done this a few times and can either do it with you or tell you exactly where to go.
- Paperwork and appointments. Booking a doctor, registering with a clinic, sorting a phone contract, understanding a form before you sign it.
- Moving in. Viewing flats, reading a lease, setting up utilities, understanding what the deposit actually covers.
- Getting around. Which bus, which app, which train station, and how long it really takes.
- Travel in the province. A route that suits your week, booked in a way you can change later.
- The awkward calls. A delivery that never arrived, a landlord who stopped answering, a bank that wants a document you do not have.
How it works
Write to us with the thing you are stuck on. If it is a quick answer, the answer is free. If it needs an afternoon or a phone call, we agree a fixed price before starting, so there is no meter running.
